Let’s Spend the Day at the Dr. Pepper Museum in Waco, Texas

Are you a Dr. Pepper fan? If you said yes, then this post is for you.

Denis and I first visited Waco, Texas a little over two years ago for our 4th wedding anniversary. I’d been dying to see the Silos and everything Magnolia – but one place we wanted to stop but didn’t a chance to was the Dr. Pepper Museum. Flash forward to summer 2023 and we went back to Waco with my mom and the Dr. Pepper Museum was one of the top things to see on our trip.

Located at 300 South 5th Street, this museum is a piece of Waco/soft drink history. The museum consists of two buildings for visitors and Dr. Pepper enthusiasts to explore. The main building is actually the historic 1906 Artesian Manufacturing & Bottling Company building and the other building is the historic Kellum Rotan building, where you can get a cold Dr. Pepper float from the Soda Fountain.

There’s also a gift shop where you can pick up all kinds of Dr. Pepper and 7Up themed souvenirs. The Dr. Pepper Museum features all kinds of memorabilia and interactive experiences regarding not only Dr. Pepper but 7Up too.

Ticket information can be found here. Also, paid parking is available right across the street from the museum at $10 a day currently.

Verse of the Day: And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. – Romans 8:28
