3 Ways to Style Old Navy Khaki Linen Pants

3 Ways to Style Old Navy Khaki Linen Pants

Even though it’s still technically “Spring” in Louisiana we’ve been experiencing warmer weather these last few days. And when there’s warmer weather in the South that means it’s time to break out your cool, breathable clothing.

I was browsing through Old Navy the other day and I came across these khaki linen pants. As soon as I saw them I knew they would be perfect for the spring and summer. They’re super comfortable and stretchy because they have an elastic waistband. And they also have real pockets, which I always love because I’m constantly sticking things in my pockets. They’re high-waisted and really easy to pull on – perfect for those days when you’re running late. But the best part – they’re currently 30% off on the Old Navy website – the discount is applied instantly to your cart before you check out.

So, now that you’ve got the facts, here’s 3 simple ways to style khaki linen pants.

Sizing Info: I wear a 1x/2x in tops, a size 16/18 in pants, and a size 10 wide in shoes.

Look 1 – Casually Put Together

Here’s a little style secret for you – if you ever want to make a really casual outfit look put together without any effort – add a jean jacket. There’s just something about a jean jacket. It can make practically anything – a dress, a frilly skirt, and even some khaki linen pants look polished and put together. I added a striped tank to add some pattern to the outfit and some white sneakers, making this outfit perfect for running errands on the weekend.

Look 2 – Boho Kimono

Summertime is kimono time and a good kimono can give almost any outfit a bohemian feel. A kimono and a loose-fitting tank underneath is an easy way to add some color to these otherwise plain khaki pants. Because these pants come in a neutral color you can feel free to wear a colorful top. Adding some color on top helps to balance out the khaki-ness of the pants. Throw on some cognac sandals and you’re ready for a comfortable evening out.

Look 3 – Simple Tee for Simplistic Serenity

I don’t know about you but there are some days when I’m running late (or just feeling lazy) and I don’t want to think so hard about the outfit I’m wearing. That’s when I reach for a solid tee, these linen pants, and some cute sandals and call it a day. One of my favorite tees to wear is this jersey black tee I also got from Old Navy. I love wearing it with these khaki linen pants because black is one of best colors to wear with khaki. These two colors always compliment each other and work well together, giving the illusion that you put thought and effort into your outfit when really you didn’t. This is my go-to running late outfit.

No matter how you style them or what top and shoes you wear them with, these linen pants are by far some of the most comfortable and breathable pants out there. Old Navy offers them in a bunch of different colors and patterns, so there’s something for everyone.

Verse of the Day: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4: 6 – 7
